Services Offered

The firm offers services for

Trademark Registration

A trademark is a type of intellectual property consisting of a recognisable sign, design, or expression which identifies products or services of a particular source. It is legally recognised as a type of intellectual property.

Filing and Defending Trademark Oppositions

A trademark opposition is filed by a third-party against the registration of a trademark. When an opponent files an opposition, the trademark status of the application will reflect as ‘Opposed’.

Design Registration

Design registration is done to protect the shape, features, patterns, or ornaments. The design can be of three-dimensional features, such as the shape or configuration of an article, or of two-dimensional features which includes patterns or ornaments.

Copyright Registration

It is a form of legal right and an Intellectual Property protection, given by the law to creators of literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works and producers of cinematograph films and sound recordings. The Copyright Act, 1957 governs the registration of Copyright in India.

Patent Registration

Patent registration is the process or instance of getting any new invention in any business or profession field properly registered by the desired and prescribed patent authority at domestic or national, or the international level.

Registration of Trademarks in Foreign Country

Mark can be registered in foreign countries either by filing an application directly in the desired country through a local Attorney in that country or can be filed from India through the Madrid Protocol Application, which is an international trademark registration system.

Assistance with IEPF Claims

IEPF claims relate to the recovery of unclaimed dividends, matured deposits, debentures and shares that have been transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority. If unclaimed for seven consecutive years, not only is the unclaimed dividend or interest on deposits transferred to the IEPF, but the corresponding shares or deposits are also moved. The process is governed by the Companies Act, 2013 and the IEPF Rules to ensure rightful owners regain access to their financial assets.

Unclaimed Shares and Dividend

Unclaimed shares and unpaid dividends arise when investors fail to update records, encash payments or complete required formalities. If unclaimed for seven consecutive years, not only is the unclaimed dividend or interest on deposits transferred to the IEPF, but the corresponding shares or deposits are also transferred. Under statutory provisions, such assets may be recovered through due process, enabling rightful owners or legal heirs to restore and secure these financial entitlements.

Transmission of Shares

Transmission of shares is the lawful transfer of ownership of shares due to the death, insolvency or lunacy of a shareholder. It is governed by company law and depository regulations, ensuring rightful heirs or nominees obtain legal recognition and control of inherited securities.

Our one and only priority is client satisfaction
